In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, travel agencies reject exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of abuse of minors. They warn tourists that sexual abuse is punishable under criminal and administrative law in accordance with the legal provisions in force. It also fully complies with Law 1336 of 2009, which adds to and strengthens Law 679 of 2001, against exploitation, pornography and sex tourism with children and adolescents.
