Basilica Menor Cathedral: The oldest in Colombia where the remains of the liberator Simón Bolívar were laid to rest and where the remains of the founder of the city Rodrigo de Bastidas are currently kept.
Museo del Oro or Casa de la Aduana: Where the liberator Simón Bolívar was during his lifetime and where his remains were laid to rest. A place with an extraordinary collection, which puts in context the cultural heritage and a beautiful restored colonial house that invites you to explore the past and present of Santa Marta, the department of Magdalena and La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Parque de Bolivar: Located in the historical centre of Santa Marta, surrounded by colonial buildings, leafy trees and facing the sea. The Plaza Parque Bolivar can be visited at any time and there are times when cultural or recreational presentations are held.
Bahía de Santa Marta: Known as the most beautiful bay in America, this is one of the most emblematic beaches in the city, where you can walk along the so-called Paseo de Bolivar or Camellón, which marks the city's border with the Caribbean Sea.
